We have had 2 Trips down American Creek so far this year in June and let me tell you has it been good. Numbers have been between 5 to 10 fish a day per person, the size of the fish has been impressive most of the fish have been averaging 22in-25in everyone has been hooking into a two foot fish everyday. The Largest fish have been in the 28 inch range and both were caught on dry flies. Bugs have been really bad because of all the water but when the bugs are eating you the fish eat the bugs. We saw 4 bears over two weeks of fishing and only 1 sockeye in the River. The salmon are coming but till they get here we are satisfied to be throwing dry flies every day.
